Before Cade, he held senior roles at Avison Young and Colliers and built and sold CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners, a full-service brokerage firm in Dallas.

His background combines corporate finance, private investment, and entrepreneurial leadership, with experience co-founding multiple successful platforms across energy and real estate.
